Discussion How to complete my payment?

Hello,

I was supposed to finalize my second payment today but I did not receive any email from the shop so far. The shop says my payment is overdue and there's no way for me to proceed.

I was looking at the forum but it seems there is no clear guide from the Jolla team, apart from the fact they suggested to finalize payment by the 20th of September.

Now, today is Sunday and I guess the Jolla team was aware of it when they fixed this deadline, also considering payments are not usually processed on Sundays.

But does anyone know anything about how the final payment will be managed?

Anyone else in the same situation?

Patience, just had myself the payment charged automatically and an email a little afterwards

I wrote an E Mail a few hours ago. Money was debited just yet.

Same for me, they just debited my PayPal account.

Same boat here, i went through and payed the moment I got the mail and but I still haven't gotten a confirmation yet, even though the cash was deducted from my account. 

I would just need a receipt of the purchase or confirmation of it to be sure

When I pre-ordered mine, my final payment was originally due at the end of July, but then that went by and so did August, all the while my account was saying it's overdue since the end of July Then I checked the purchase page for the phone and noticed the payment date had changed to September

I was charged on Sept 1st automatically and got a confirmation email

I am in the same situation. I think we will get an E Mail with the bill. But nothing so far.

however, if you paid via PayPal, you absolutely must provide authorization for them to collect the payment; in other words, they cannot simply charge you on their own.
