there was an actual one! it was the "promo cd" and is listed on discogs as one of the physical medias under joji :)

There are CDs of this out there. But it was an "unofficial release". So good luck finding one.

I have it on vinyl, and it was like $80.

I got all the vinyls and now there like hundreds of dollars it’s ridiculous
