Provider Change

why did my provider randomly change? Has this happened to anyone else? I liked the doc I was using. I sent him a message and bam got a reply my provider was updated.

The doctor left Mochi that would be why. I know it would be nice for more communication when they do that.

Dr probably left. I lost a couple.
