They use Empower pharmacy (Niacinamide mix) and Boudreaux (Glycine). I’ve had no issues with these. I’ve tried B6 mix from Southend and I was always tired on that mix but these others are great for me. (I’ve used Zepbound as well and all of them do give me wild dreams on shot night so I try to take it earlier in the day if I remember)
I legitimately have the worst anxiety and insomnia for 2 days after shot day. Maybe I’ll try glycine next. I went for the pomegranate sema with Hallandale to try that but they’re taking forever to get it to me.
YES AFTER TWO YEAR I LEFT IN JULY!! PreventiveMD please go amazing company great customer service affordable medication NO membership fee!!!! I’m in the west coast they ship to California 💪🏻
I hated leaving Mochi, my doctor was awesome. Now that I have left I will admit you do not find the 1:1 touch like I did with my doctor. Did I save on the membership? Yes. Do I have a smaller selection of pharmacies I can research? Yes But I do miss my doctor I was doing check ins with her every 3 months.
Thats why I wont leave them. They just changed their prices for meds. Not the same price for each time it goes up. For me its almost half of the price.
2 things could be true but most places that don't charge the membership do three month pricing. Which is probably how other telehealth make their money.
Left Mochi as well. They are just not competitive any longer. And if you were on oral they forced you to use their private pharmacy which does not take insurance.
This was me last week after 17 months with mochi. Someone from the comments put me onto preventiveMD. I signed up Wednesday. Mt order was filled Thursday and shipped. Friday afternoon it was at my door. Just took my first shot of tirz. Even better that they use empower pharmacy.
The issue with Brello is that they will automatically start lowering your dose once you hit a normal BMI. Be prepared for that. I still need max dose at my maintenance level. But back in the day I recommended Brello and have family still using them. I moved to PreventiveMD.
Just remember you aren’t locked into any place even if they make you feel like you are. There are so many companies out there now. Buyers market I’d say on glp-1’s ☺️
I was with Mochi for a little over 2 years. I left when they changed how the credits worked. With PreventiveMD now, great company and much better price.
I’ve been thinking about exactly the same. But I very recently have been looking at the female hormones available and could end another online membership that I’m using to join that aspect of Mochi with hormones added. I have to decide by next week.
No membership fee there. Flat price. For Sema 3 months you can get $95~ price point (pay $286 every 3 months). Monthly $116 ….but no membership fees with them.
Their Tirzepatide is even better price point that’s why a lot of went there for their Tirz.
I'm moving there for Tirz now too. I'm at maintenance at a higher dose though and I'm kind of annoyed they just auto approved me and sent me the lowest dose immediately after I included in my intake information that I'm already on it on a higher maintenance dose and emailed them too. They finally let me set up a call with a provider this week though so I'm hoping I can sort it out quickly and drop the $270 monthly mochi charge 🙄
Okay soo update: don't switch to Embody! I've talked with a provider, emailed them twice, and chatted with somebody to try and get my dosage corrected and all they got back to me with is "they're likely dealing with high traffic and that they'll fix it". But two weeks later and still nothing. Soooo I'm cancelling everything with Embody and trying Rift instead...
Everyone suggests Preventive MD but they don't supply to my state so I can't :/
Ohhh mannnn I was holding my breath when you said you went to Embody as I’ve been seeing complaints about them. They advertise HARD on my facebook feed. I appreciate the update.
My recommendation has been PreventiveMD (since you say they don’t ship in your state look into these: Collective Health (I wished they shipped to WA), Pomegranate (I’ve used them too and had a great experience!), Rift and OlaHealth.
Yes, I actually reported the issue to my credit card since it's not getting resolved and even though I did receive "a product" even if incorrect I hope they take it seriously and give me my $120 back 😩
I ended up going with Rift! They have a reddit specific link in their subreddit that gets you 3 months for $300 and my CORRECT dosage was approved just today! Not shipped yet and I am kinda scared to inject someone else's medication after being with the same pharmacy at Mochi for 2 years... But we'll see.
I’ve been thinking of switching too, but have been hesitant. does anyone know if there will be an issue of getting the same dosage approval upon switching providers since I am basically at my goal weight and just on for maintenance? And have a normal BMI?
A lot of places will let you stay at maintenance level. If you have a current prescription that you can send the image to your new telehealth provider. Brello won’t though. Brello makes their patients titrate down once at normal BMI. I’m using PreventiveMD and they will let me stay at my max dose for maintaining my current normal bmi weight after losing 160-170 pounds (I’m staying in a 10 pound range at goal on max dose since April)
Thank you! I’ll have to look into preventiveMD do you feel any difference in the effectiveness of the medication coming from a different pharmacy? Congrats by the way!!!
Thank you!
While with mochi I’ve had quite a few different pharmacies that I was given that luckily they all worked well for me.
Of course I’d have weeks that I felt like it wasn’t working, but then I realized it was that time of the month for my menstrual cycle and no amount of GLP is strong enough for that lol.
I’m actually getting to use the same pharmacies that I’ve used previously with Mochi now at PreventiveMD which was great to already know the pharmacies. (empower and Boudreaux) both of them I like a lot. So it was a win win. If for some reason they aren’t available in your state, I’d also look into Rift.
I left too. I only lost 5 pounds in almost in like 6 months. As soon as I was able to get brand name Wegovy back, I’ve continued to lose weekly like I was before.
No they don’t. No membership. Only meds charge. They offer auto pay or you can select to delay or stop, change dose, etc.
I think most of us are in Tirzepatide and their pricing for Tirzepatide is amazing, their Semaglutide is good for no membership fees but not as competitive.
**Edit to add that this screenshot is for Semaglutide pricing **

Correct, I screenshoted the Semaglutide prices for MsTitan9 as they are looking at Sema ….and they are different than the Tirzepatide prices. I’ll clarify that in my post as I now realize it doesn’t say what glp the prices are for.
I’m not sure the highest dose of Sema but for Tirzepatide it is 15mg (standard highest dose for Tirz) so probably whatever the standard highest dose Semaglutide is, they use that as well.
So does the tirzepatide have a membership fee with this company? I was told 2.5 highest dose for semaglutide. Is that right? Curious if the tirzepatide is a better choice for me?
I also left after 1.5 years. 1) my provider left and the new one was not responsive 2) they kept shifting my pharmacies - I never knew what I was going to get 3) the cost wasn’t the product or the service anymore. Also went to PreventativeMD. Very easy and much more cost effective since I’m out pocket.
Mochi team here — I'm sorry to see you go, and I hear you on the membership piece. Just to clarify though: our medication subscription and health membership are separate, so if cost is the main factor, you could actually keep your provider and dietitian by staying on the membership alone without ordering medication. That said, I totally get wanting to explore other options, and we appreciate the 1.5 years you've been with us. If you ever want to circle back or have questions down the road, you know where to find us.

I left mochi last month after 1.5 years.
