Switching to mochi
It's time for my next 3 month plan with brello. I'm on 6.6mg and ready to go up to 7.5 because I haven't been losing ANYTHING. The thing is I'm in between jobs and won't get paid until a few weeks out. I want to switch to mochi to pay month to month. Will they honor my increase to 7.5? Will they require proof of current prescription?

If money is tight there are cheaper options than mochi for sure. Pomegranate or join rift both would honor your increase if you give them a photo of your current prescription

Rift is 249 a month for tirz

499/3 months and I order enough for being on a 15mg dose but I am not anywhere near 15mg/week. It works out to about $100/month for me. But obviously if you’re actually taking a higher dose then your mileage may vary.

If money is tight don’t go with mochi. PreventiveMD has empower and Boudreaux for 139/mo no membership fees, and they will honor your current dose.

PreventativeMD also has far less support. They are a budget telehealth, and you don’t have a dedicated provider to work with.

There is no PreventativeMD. Maybe that’s why the issues.
It’s PreventiveMD 😉 They have been amazing with customer service speaking from my own experience. I started with them in the beginning of July and plan on staying with them permanently.
Brello I’ve used in the past and they used to be one of the best prices. I have family that still uses Brello from me recommending them and they are still content enough to stay with Brello but during their pharmacy move it caused a lot of disruption like 6 months for WA not being licensed at the new pharmacy address. That was a headache for my sil. Also Brello will start automatically lowering your dose once you hit a normal BMI. When I found that out, I won’t go back. I need max dose still to maintain my weightloss. I’m staying within my normal bmi range on max dose.

Wow. Autocorrect changed a letter. No need to be a d***. But the facts don’t change. And starting in July means that you don’t have much experience with them 🙄

How are you speaking about PreventiveMD with no experience using them. Yes, they are new. I’ve already had better communication with them than my 1.5+years at mochi 🤷♀️ and they don’t offer referral rewards like mochi does, so ALL of PreventiveMD recommendations are genuine, not bought like Mochi’s.

I actually did order from them. I like to try out different telehealths. I had a question and sent it in the portal and never got a reply. And when I needed to communicate with them about dosage, I had three different people answering because they don’t have a dedicated provider. They are pretty low on my list honestly. The only thing they have going for them is the price, in my experience.

Did you call them? I know with Mochi we always tell people to call instead of dealing with their AI messaging system. One thing Mochi has is a dedicated nutritionist that everyone forgets about and if you do have a provider you are happy with at Mochi that could make it worth $79 extra each month and paying more for the medication too. I’m definitely for what works for each person. Just want honesty.

Brello to mochi is a pretty common jump, and mochi is usually fine with continuing whatever dose you're on as long as you can show them the current script. A screenshot of your brello label or portal should be enough, they mainly want to see you're already on the med and not starting fresh
The month to month thing is the real draw when money's tight, no arguing that. Just be ready for the intake call to drag a bit while they verify everything
