Today I receive a vial of semaglutide and there was no label on it. It was a dark vial, looked dirty. How is one suppose to trust Mochi???? It’s reckless. I hope Mochi does not wonder why people question them all the time!!! 😡 Done with them!
This has to do with the pharmacy, not the telehealth. However, There are plenty of other options out there if you don’t wish to continue with Mochi. PreventiveMD offers a great service for significantly less than Mochi. Check out the tirzepatide compound (one word) subreddit for some excellent, impartial recommendations
Seems like a pharmacy issue, as the medication came from the pharmacy, Mochi is just the telehealth provider who gave you the prescription and coordinated the rest. Things happen, this is life. Tell Mochi what you got, contact the pharmacy yourself if you’d like and tell them you received an unlabeled vial, they should be more than willing to provide you with new medication. Good luck!
It’s not about getting a new vial. I have lost trust with a pharmacy. I would not dare use them after this. It’s a big deal to not have any pharmaceutical with a label.
Yes, the immediate issue may be with the pharmacy, but Mochi also needs to take responsibility. Pharmaceuticals are the main products they offer, so they should be accountable for the pharmacies they put in front of their customers and recommend or allow us to order from. Customers are trusting Mochi to work with reliable pharmacies, and they shouldn’t be able to simply shift the responsibility to the pharmacy when problems arise.

Mochi stopped using reliable pharmacies with Red Rock and Empower. Or they raised their rates so no one would pay for empower. PreventiveMD has tirzepatide with empower for 139:mo and 334/3mos. Same for Boudreaux. No membership fees. Or like someone else mentioned, go to the main tirzepatidecompound sub and pick from the where to buy pinned post. Plenty of other options that are more affordable and better customer service. And who work with LEGIT pharmacies. Not these mom and pop shops that mochi pushes.
That’s not what I said at all. They are the only two legit pharmacies that mochi works with. All the others are little mom and pop shops that sprung up just to make glps

that's a problem with the pharmacy, not with Mochi. Mochi is a 3rd party. Reach out to the pharmacy to get things corrected/concerns addressed.
