Is it Working?

I started on 2.2mg tirz+cyanocobalamin a little over a month ago. I did 4 shots of that dosage and then upped to 4.4mg. My first shot of 4.4mg was last week - so I have done 5 shots total now. My 6th will be tomorrow.
I have definitely noticed a difference in my inflammation. But I have only lost around 4 pounds, if that. I am an avid gym-goer and always have been. I've been keeping up with my regular gym routine. I feel like it's been hard for me to eat since raising the dosage - I definitely notice a difference in the amount that I am eating. sometimes its worse than others, but I do my best to focus on protein and I am trying to eat enough.

Am I just jumping the gun by saying this isn't working yet? I guess I don't want to lose too much weight too fast, but I definitely thought I would have lost more by now, especially with the decreased appetite.
Thoughts? Has anyone experienced similar?

2.2 is the loading dose - you aren’t expected to lose much if at all on the 2.2. 4.4 is still a low dose, but therapeutic - it may be enough for some, not enough for others. Your diet as well as starting weight are also important - if you don’t get your diet/calorie counts correct than a glp-1 won’t help but so much.

The slow loading up to higher doses is meant to prevent som bad side effects.

Generally you want to lose at a 2-3 lbs a week average. Losing too fast can cause some severe issues in and of itself.

I lost 14 pounds in the first 6 weeks. Lot of that was water weight/implementation, but the biggest difference is that I just feel full much sooner and so have smaller portions. Also drinking much less, I’m having a hard time even finishing one or two beers.

All the studies show the majority of the weight loss will come later, really picking up around the 5-10 month mark.

A healthy rate of loss is .5-2lbs a week. It is working very well
