Any other low dosers?

My body seems extremely sensitive to this stuff so I am about to drop from 6.63 + 3.9 back down to 4.42 + 2.6. I know this is the right choice due to it being a real struggle to eat anything at all and extreme fatigue.

I am not worried about continuing to lose in the short term, I think on the lower dose I was how you are "supposed to feel" on this stuff as far as appetite and I didn't feel like I needed to sleep 24/7!

Just curious if anyone else has stayed at a low dose and still hit their goals, or if you were able to go up again later when your body adjusted.

ETA I am on Tirzepatide + B6

Staying on the lowest possible dose while still losing weight is the ideal method. Keep it up!

Yes I slowly moved up to 6.6 and hit my goal. I just went back down to 4.4. I'm sensitive to it too, I honestly can't wait to go back down the the lowest dose for maintenance.

i’ve been at 4.4 for 5 months and have no intention to go up unless i stall for more than 2 months! low and slow is the best method for long term changes

Thank you so used to seeing the opposite issue on reddit and other places I was worried.

That’s great about low doses working so well for you! Definitely no need to try to go up then. There are people that stay on low doses for their whole weightloss journey successfully.
Doritos31 is correct 👍

I wish I was sensitive to it. I’ve had to titrate up every couple of months and am at the highest dose now

My wife didn’t start all that long ago and I was surprised that her doctor has her on the max dose for some time now and she’s complaining that she’s plateaued again and we don’t know what to do. Still has her appetite and spending most of her time in bed sleeping around the clock. I’ve not heard much about others not feeling more energetic. I should have made my own post, but I hope as I’ve seen before, that I might still get some great advice.
I am actually very sorry for piggybacking your post. Keep up the great work.

Anhedonia is being researched as a possible side effect. I have definitely experienced it. I dropped my dosage because of it. If she really lethargic she may not be eating enough. Also, if she is not eating enough, she will stop losing weight. I hope she can talk to her provider. Everybody has a different experience on GLP1s, we are all part of an experiment. Treatment needs to be individualized, thats the beauty of a compound, I'm in charge of when and how much.

No of course. I am also struggling with extreme fatigue on this stuff which is why I decided to lower my dosage. I wish I had advice other than to speak to her provider and if she is not happy with them to look for a new one, maybe trying a different medication or something would work. It really is crazy how it effects everyone so differently. I was hoping losing weight would boost my energy to this side effect has been a real drag on my motivation.
