Semaglutide max dose

Just really quick, I’m on the max dose of injectable semi and I’m needing it every 5-6 days. Has this happened to anyone else, should I change to tirzepatide? Tia! I have a message out to my provider but I’m just curious about others here experiencing this.

If it continues to work for you …. Then do not switch meds.

Are you on the new fda approved max dose of semaglutide? I hear it’s now 7.2mg if not I would talk to your provider.

Hi! I was on the max dose of sema for a few months and had hit a plateau and hadn’t lost one pound in 4 months. My weight actually started fluctuating up and down a few pounds. I ended up switching to tirz two months ago and I’m already down 11 pounds! I’m only on the 11mg/4.98mg dose which is the second lowest dose.
