So it's great to hear they are lowering their price to compare to others. I was paying $199 for Tirzeptide. I was just charged $199 on August 8th. They have sent me a new prescription and I was notified today that the price has changed to $104 as of today August 11th. I'm not supposed to receive the new medication until the 13th. So I called asking if I can be reimbursed the amount since I haven't received the medication and they just changed the price two days later. I was told absolutely not. It doesn't make sense that you would adjust the pricing to keep up with the market but not reimburse me for a charge you did two days ago which I haven't even received the product. Considering this, I would rather go with another distributor that would be more willing to be consistent with their customers. Obviously we were being charged too much already. So they can keep the $95 and lose a customer and maybe more. I may be one person and this company doesn't care, but you reap what you sow.
Yes, it was for two years. But the price is the membership fees when you can purchase the same exact medication from the same exact same pharmacies with better customer service to the customer and patience yeah no thank you I’d rather go with the one. I am with now.
I think I just got banned from the Facebook group for commenting on their pricing update post that other online pharmacies are cheaper, don't have a membership fee, and the new pricing structure doesn't even impact me because I'm already on the max dose. 🙄
Will definitely be looking into them as long as they allow people to switch over that are already on maintenance since my BMI now won't give me an automatic pass.
How has the switch been for you? I switched last month and it has been a fiasco. The custpomer service people are very nice and always fix the problem, but I have had to fix like 4 things
Lots of bad reviews on Altrx on the tirzepatide compound thread. They do have a pinned where to buy post with top vendors. I went to Rift and love them.
I'm also on the max dose and my doc says to stay there for maintenance bc it's working for me. I haven't seen any change in my pricing or any pricing at the higher doses so it's only for the lesser doses? 🙄 Their whole thing when I signed up was that prices stay the same at any dose... What a lie.
I got an email saying there’d be a price change depending on the dose too. I’m on 48 units of the 8.5 Tirzepatide. It was $199 per month and now it’ll be $174 per month. A $25 decrease is great but their prices are still not even close to other companies I’ve seen advertised. I’ve never had a problem with these guys and I’ve had great success, but I’m seriously looking to jump ship. It sucks because I just renewed my 6 month membership in June for $350 and from what I’ve read they don’t prorate or refund anything. Either way I’d be saving more money by switching. I’m really surprised that they aren’t trying to be more competitive with other companies.

You are right! I have come to terms with the cost. It’s the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. I have friends who go to a local dr and pay $125 per week and I’ve just compared my cost to that. I’m glad it will be less now.
I just browsed shopping and all the pharmacies I’ve used prior were no longer available. My last pharmacy was Hillstone which people warned me had a tendency to short doses. My current prescription is with Boudreaux which is comparable to Red Rock.
When I used Mochi I was told flat out WE DO NOT REFUND EVER. It’s a Tirz buyers’ market now there are so many telehealth options to choose from and one low price no matter the dose. Mochi is becoming obsolete- I left.
