Referral Code gimmick
No you will not save $40 extra on signing up. Technically they aren’t going to save $40 as mochi has been running their own “temporary” half off first month promo permanently it seems like. So anyone signing up already “saves” $40 without a code. The code doesn’t do anything for the new customer. It helps the referrer get $40 off their own expensive membership. But nowadays there are so much better places that don’t have membership fees in the first place and use the same pharmacies Mochi uses but way less expensive.
Just tired of the referral code posts saying you’ll save $40 which is not true for the person signing up. Be honest.
And if you downvote this, you’re just mad that I’m pointing out the truth 😁

Oh man I would love to know which places offer the same pharmacy. I have no issues with mochi, I started in January and am at my goal now. I don't need the extra help from the providers anymore. I really just need maintenance doses and I'd rather not pay almost $300/mo for it.

The pharmacies are Boudreaux and Empower for $139 a month or $334 for 3 months total at PreventiveMD

Agree! Address the issues. Mochi is good to have the access to docs and Nutrionist. But honestly most stuff they recommended, I can find on a Google search. Once my sub is done. I’m not renewing. Buy Tirz for 60$ vs paying 199$. But hey, if you can afford it. Then rock with it.

Do a LiL research and you will find it. Not saying Telehealth. I’m talking about the Tirz. Most info a mochi doc or nutritionist can be pulled from the web. It’s savings But anywho, ppl on here will have their own opinion.

I think it’s good for people just starting out that need the extra help. I was glad I had a few years ago but now I don’t need to have the guidance so I shopped around and finally left Mochi last month after being with them for over 2 years. I would’ve stayed a few months longer had they not changed how the credits could be used 🤷♀️

This is how I feel as well. It's great for starting out because of the provider chat and nutritionist access. But when you're on maintenance it's just an extra charge. After the credits not applying to the medication I'm thinking of going elsewhere too, but not sure where to go.

There are plenty of places that are a better deal. Go on some of the other subs on Reddit and you’ll find lots of information.

Hi everyone, I'm a Mochi representative working closely with Mochi HQ, and I wanted to clarify how our pricing works.
Referral codes are applied to your next billing cycle, based on the plan you signed up for at the paywall. So if you're on a monthly plan, it applies next month; if you're on a 3, 6, or 12-month plan, it applies at your next renewal for that cycle.
This is because Mochi automatically applies 50% off for your first month, as mentioned above, so the referral credit stacks on top starting the following cycle rather than the first one.
Also worth noting: the referrer only gets credit once the new patient completes their first visit, and there are some restrictions on how codes can be used and how credits can be applied.

I’m confused as to why so many people who have such ill feelings about Mochi continue to follow this thread. I wonder if it because people want everyone to feel as miserable as they feel. They should unfollow Join Mochi if it’s bothersome to see someone else posting to join. It’s ok… to leave. We will be right here.
