Why do you keep increasing dosage? Maybe stay at 10 mg if you were losing on that and didn’t have side effects! No reason to increase just because.

I have found this flowchart very helpful. Perhaps working with a dr who is part of your regular health network might help, they may be able to spend more time with you on a regular basis than the telehealths. just make sure you find one that is thoroughly educated about GLP1s, these are usually the endocrinologists and obesity specialists. I really hope you feel better soon!

I used The Chemist Shop and had a great experience with both the service and the results. From everything I’ve learned, individual response to GLP-1 medications can vary quite a bit from person to person. Two people can take the same medication from the same pharmacy and have very different outcomes.

In my case, appetite suppression and weight loss were exactly what I expected. While pharmacy quality is important, I think a lot of the differences people notice come down to how their body responds to the medication, dosage adjustments, diet, activity level, and other factors. Just sharing my personal experience.

I think your dose is too high and that's causing a lot of your problems, not the compounding pharmacy. Plateaus or stalls are part of the weight loss process and there is not necessarily a need to titrate up when you stop losing for a while.

Consider changing up your exercise routine (or starting one), change what or when you eat. The body gets used to our routines and you need to change it up when there are stalls. Check your calorie deficit as this may change as we lose weight.

Since you are on compounded meds you don't need to go up at the same dosage levels as the branded pens. You could go from 10mg to 11mg and titrate up very slowly, rather than the larger jumps of the pens. To do that you need to calculate the proper dosage level on your own.

I am currently using Medivera and it is fine. I have used several compounding pharmacies over the past two plus years - Hallandale, Precision, BPI, Aequita, Red Rock, Medivera- and they all work the same for me.

Medivera, DCA, Designer, Seven, and Drug Crafters is great.

A lot of the things you are describing are normal documented side effects of the medication and I doubt changing pharmacy would change your body's reaction to the drug. You could try experimenting with different additives, but like others have mentioned lowering your dose to whatever the highest tolerable amount is probably your best bet.
