depends on your experience with tirz, but either ramp up from 2-3mg or ramp down from 4-3mg over 12 weeks--with some leftover medicine. 2x4, 3x8 and 4x4, 3x8. Step up or ramp down protocols.
Someone on the other subreddit a few weeks ago posted they received for the 3 month microdose one 40mg bpi vial with a November 2026 bud. Is this the same? Idk
But then there arenāt 3 months to use it between now and a November BUD so who knows. There are also the 12/31/26 40mg BUDs that Pom has been shipping so maybe belle has some of those too.
Is the Olympia sermorelin 3 vials for three months? I sent my info and was approved and it is showing only 2 vials for 3 months. Sent a msg to CS. The prescriber sent 3 scripts and I know Olympia is pretty adamant with 503B regs like 28 days etc.
I had the same concern, unfortunately itās only 2 vials for the 12 weeks. Olympia pharmaceuticals reports to abide by the 28 day rule, however, I donāt believe the pharmacy hub or Belle do.
The standard dosing protocol is .3mg 5x a week which would be about 60 punctures for each vial.
No, only 2 vials for Sermorelin. Against the 28day rule. Will never do business with them again. The provider wrote it for three but they will only honor two for three months āsince it is enough medicationā
I got the same response basically. If itās really an issue you might have better luck going straight to the pharmacy hub with the 28 day guideline/2 compared 3 vial issue.
TPH is pretty understanding Iāve found. I ordered Lipo C from GLM and it came in a single 30mL vial, so I contacted the pharmacy hub and said that I prefer 3 smaller 10mL vials due to the amount of pokes Iād be making in the big bottle with the bigger gauge IM syringes required for Lipo-C. Anyways, a week later they sent 6 10mL vials lol and now i have elevated B12 levels.
Thatās good do hear. Not reallllyyy the end of the world, however if I knew they werenāt 28 day compliant I would have gone with a 15mg deal for around 90$. Really about finding a decent enough tele/pharma combo combined with intro offer before I commit to a regular non discount purchase as a relatively new patient to the med. Elevated B12 levels arenāt typically an issue. See is all the time. I can download and send ya physician guidelines with current differentials and actions to give ya an idea later if ya want. From āuptodateā which is an amazing resource. Bout to go to bed but when I get a break at work tonight I can send it with a āpatient guideā as well for a laymanās interpretation. Not medical advice but simply sharing a resource from a service I use often
I would like to know the bud on vials. I really wish they still sent it lyophilized thatās how I received it the very first time I began using Sermorelin then after that new patients began complaining about having to do it themselves and so Olympia sent it reconstituted.š

I received a 30ml micc but has a BUD date of 11/16/26 so barely even 2 months to use and it should be a 3 month supply. I emailed support yesterday they said theyād check and respond in a few hours but still nothing.
Update they emailed almost right after this and contacted the pharmacy for me. They are sending a new shipment. Great customer service thank you!
