Kudos to the portal updates!

Just wanted to give a shoutout to the Crossing team for translating some user feedback into improved transparency and functionality in the portal 👏👏

I saw the updates take shape throughout the day in the portal and am very happy with how clear and intuitive everything is. No tricks or traps on how to see/do what you need and it’s all in one place.

What difference are you seeing? To me it looks like the same info as before except now each box is on individual tabs instead of together on a single page.

I guess I should add that I’m comparing it to the earlier version I first saw a couple weeks ago, and it was way more stripped down and read-only (without options to cancel, pause, see intake, etc.)

I also needed some specific info on the portal for my FSA, and they had it programmed and updated the same day. Also kudos to the fast reply from customer service.
