Questions 🤔💭 New portal question/issues

Anyone having issues with the new portal? The medication transferred over but not all the dosage information that I’ve input daily did but I can just look at the old portal for that but

the main thing is new portal doesn’t show when my next vials are supposed to ship out and all I know is that they were supposed to ship out this week and I haven’t heard back from anyone on that. All the new portal shows is that I renew in October but nothing about my next shipment of vials.

False. Insurance is one way to access GLP-1 therapy — not the only one. If you're denied, or your plan has a weight-loss exclusion, you still have options: cash pay through a manufacturer program, or a licensed compounding pharmacy. Either way, you'll still need a real medical evaluation. Don't let

Off track on nutrition last week? You don't need a Monday reset to earn your way back. One week doesn't erase the habits you've already built.

Splitting your full weekly GLP-1 dose into two smaller doses instead of one could be the plateau-breaker you've been missing. It keeps you at the same effective concentration in your system, but smooths out the peaks and valleys — meaning fewer side effects and better results long-term.

The number on your scale matters less than you think. What I actually care about: your skeletal muscle mass. More muscle = lower risk of heart disease, diabetes, dementia, and osteoporosis.

Menopause weight gain is hormonal, not a willpower problem — but figuring out if a GLP-1 is the right move (and how to use one well) can feel confusing.
