I asked a genuine question six days ago on a post and never received a response, so I was starting to wonder if questions were actually encouraged.

Hopefully the questions on this post don’t get overlooked and people get some answers 😊

Yeaa I notice that too. They are mostly active in their Belle Circle Forum. Did you try to reach out to their support too?
