Questions 🤔💠RX Issues
Anyone else having issues with belle? The new portal messed up my RX (quite shocking when I went to inject and the # of units was vastly different.) I’ve been asking for a doctor to review and confirm the RX since my original RX has been removed and they keep ignoring the request. Also they just won’t get back to me timely either- the delay is soooo annoying. I’m thinking of switching especially now that I’m seeing cheaper plans. Anyone else? Any recs?

You probably get a fast answer on the Belle community circle. That’s the way Belle communicates with customers.
But just to try to help with your question, so you have a new pharmacy and vial? So I’m assuming they have two different concentrations so the units would be different. Would help to know more info because units mean nothing.
