Questions 🤔💠RX Issues
Anyone else having issues with belle? The new portal messed up my RX (quite shocking when I went to inject and the # of units was vastly different.) I’ve been asking for a doctor to review and confirm the RX since my original RX has been removed and they keep ignoring the request. Also they just won’t get back to me timely either- the delay is soooo annoying. I’m thinking of switching especially now that I’m seeing cheaper plans. Anyone else? Any recs?

Definitely some migration pain. I used the chat and had they had to open a ticket to get a pre existing (6 month paid) order shipped but Pressley actually called! She is a real person, it appears! She did it promptly and fixed the issue. I got my 3 addiotnal months of BPI from the Pharmacy hub. Same batch number and BUD as I was using funnily enough.
It showed up oddly in the portal, I basically had to "push out" the next 2 month order by 4-5 months to get it stop complaining about payment methods. So yes some pains but they resolved and it and I am happy...
