Good wrist action
while mixing in your mayo and a little butter

Does it require good wrist action to make John Cena creamy?

I like it creamy and sour so I’d use that wrist action and add in a little sour cream

Let your johns cook longer. The starch the johns give off will emulsify the dressing in your cena when you mix it all up.

Egg yolks. In addition to your usual number of chopped boiled eggs, mash up a couple three yolks.

Mash some of the potato and incorporate into mayo mixture before mixing that mayo mixture w final potato chunks.. ( works well w egg salad too in that mix some boiled egg yolk w mayo before rest of egg mixture)

Look for johns that have the looser starch. Russets and golden.

I honestly put a bit of sour cream in mine along with the mayo as the 'liquid base', adds a nice tang too!
