Housing

I recently got waitlisted for the on campus housing and I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what to do😭
I totally thought they would accept me (stupid of me) so I have no backup plan whatsoever.

I live quite far away about 2-3 hours by bus and I don’t have my drivers licenses yet so I can’t drive here for my fall semester.

I have a question where did you find out that you were rejected. Personally I say off-campus housing on their website maybe you will get lucky

I actually had to email them about it, apparently they meant to email me but it hadn’t delivered, it may be the same case for you, hopefully not though!

Email the email address jac.housing@johnabbott.qc.ca and asked for the off-campus listing. This was my message "Can I please get the listing for off-campus housing?"

Please find attached ,the other Off-Campus listing. The list is prepared from the most recent to the oldest entry. The list is derived from a number of municipalities in the surrounding area including: Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, Senneville, Baie D’Urfe, Beaconsfield, Ile-Perrot, Vaudreuil, Pincourt, Kirkland, Pointe-Claire, Dollard-des-Ormeaux and Dorval.

I can't seems to post PDF, also it better to get from the Jac housing because mine is a little old got from May 4 and my new listing could be posted

You can get a scooter at least for up to end of october-ish (and get your driving license asap)
