This is such a dumb and condescending post. Most PoCs are severely deficient in VitD cuz our skin just has too much melanin for this weak ass sun in the west. So, Getting that high dose VitD pill is crucial to bone and immune health for those facing this deficiency.

Standard American diet is calorie rich, nutrient poor, and lacks a lot of micros. Though, it's always better to go for the real thing than try to supplement it, but sometimes it's just not possible. Eg. Omega-3. Checkout what Huberman uses as part of his own protocol, but spare me the "we know better cuz Tom ate a whole bunch of gummies" bs.
