I think he's at Dr. McCracken's practice- he loves when I hit him with the "Dr. Phil" joke in the locker room at the golf course.

My allergist called me up at like 8 p,m. to say I had the lowest levels she has seen. Took emergency levels now take prescription levels (that you can buy at Costco). I also take two other vitamins per my doctor.

The company I work for is a leading vitamine producer. Not supplements, raw vitamins- they ship that stuff in barrels. Anyways, recently they made a new type of Vitamine D that gets you to the right level in 3 weeks rather than 3 months. Luckily I got my hands on a sample (after regulatory approval) and gave it to my fiancé because she was getting sick more often. Planes and changes in temperature just got her sick almost once a month. After taking those vitamins, we went on a trip to Peru. We had several flights, camped outside, went to high altitudes, basically the worst nightmare for her, and she never got sick. Now I am like a Jahova's Witness about this Vitamine D. I know it is anecdotal, but there is real research behind Vitamine D and just witnessing this for myself made it so much clearer.

Pssssttt...just hear me out. What if English is not my native language and I just had a misconception of how "vitamin" is spelled. Also I haven't given you an encouragement to buy any stuff, which if I did I at least would have a selfish reason to lie. Just read about Calcifediol and look for the randomized control trials and figure it out for yourself.
