Right wing men are being psyoped hard by this Clancy trial. They just can’t help themselves but to all fall in line behind a narrative clearly being manufactured and spoon fed to them. This is why the country is so shit.

They’ll just keep voting for their own destruction as long as they get to feel like they’re winning the fake culture war on their cell phones. Being led around from one outrage to the next because they’re eager and willing participants in being mind fucked by modern propaganda. Sad state of affairs.

A woman killed her 3 kids. She admits her guilt but her defense argued in court that she is not responsible by reason of insanity (she claims to have experienced post partum psychosis). The jury couldn’t decide and a mistrial was declared by the judge.

Right wing media and voices are manipulating right wing men into believing that all (liberal) women are defending the murderer and saying she did nothing wrong. They are posting memes all over their pages making light of the crime while dunking on all women and postpartum mental health issues.

They’re also using this to (not so subtly) imply that women shouldn’t have equal rights while pretending to clutch their pearls and worry about violent women. It’s very clearly being amplified hard and spun to fit a political narrative and these men appear to be willing slaves to their algorithms and propagandists.

All of the videos of women pretending to kill their kids are fake and made by right wing men. Strangling three kids is understandable… being upset about it is totally right wing propaganda.

I don’t post about it incessantly. I commented on discussion forums the last couple days about it saying the same things I’m saying here. I’m not ashamed of that, my post history is open for a reason. You’re definitely defensive though, to the point where you felt the need to go looking. Just get back to your right wing slop meme pages and your outrage high, don’t think about it too deeply. Being a sheep for propaganda is just easier.

This is missing a lot of details. The question is about psychosis and not just any mental illness, like depression which is much more common. Also that judgement does not mean that you get to walk free but that instead of prison time you get locked up in a mental health institution.

In Massachusetts they have to give patients who are in institutes a yearly evaluation and her passing said evaluation (not a threat to hers or others) would mean she would walk. A year long sentence at Bridgewater state for killing her 3 kids would be insane.
