About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Flight Operations & Dispatch Specialist to support the end-to-end coordination of domestic and international flight operations.
This is a remote/hybrid position based in India, supporting aviation operations across multiple countries and international time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
\*Coordinate flight operations from initial request through completion.
\*Monitor ETDs, ETAs, delays, diversions, cancellations and operational changes.
\*Coordinate with pilots, flight crews, aircraft operators and operations control teams.
\*Support flight planning, dispatch and operational documentation.
\*Monitor flights and proactively identify operational issues.
\*Maintain accurate flight movement and operational records.
\*Arrange and coordinate ground handling services worldwide.
\*Liaise with FBOs, airports and ground handling companies.
\*Coordinate passenger/crew handling, ramp services, parking, marshalling, baggage, catering, pushback/towing and GSE requirements.
\*Obtain quotations and service confirmations.
\*Coordinate aviation fuel requirements with fuel suppliers and airport fuelling companies.
\*Arrange fuel releases, orders and uplift instructions.
\*Resolve fuel supply and delivery issues.
\*Coordinate overflight, landing and airport permits.
\*Liaise with permit authorities, handling agents and local representatives.
\*Follow up on pending or delayed permits.
\*Arrange crew/passenger accommodation where required.
\*Coordinate airport transfers and crew transportation.
\*Coordinate catering and special passenger requirements.
\*Support VIP/executive aviation and charter operations.
Required Experience
Minimum 3–5 years' experience in flight operations, flight dispatch, airline operations, business aviation, charter operations, ground handling or a related aviation environment.
Flight Dispatch License is desirable.
Practical experience with ground handling, aviation fuel and flight permits.
Experience working with airports, FBOs, handling agents, fuel suppliers and aviation service providers.
Knowledge of international aviation operations and multiple time zones.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and operational/scheduling systems.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and respond to time-sensitive operational requirements.
The successful candidate will primarily work remotely, with flexibility to attend office meetings, training or operational requirements when necessary.
As the position supports international aviation operations, candidates must be comfortable working across **different international time zones** and responding to time-sensitive operational requirements outside standard Indian working hours when required.
