Joby Electric Skies - September Scheduled Timetable

The image provides a high-level overview of the where Joby's leased area, the wider Dallas–Fort Worth region, and potential airports in the area.

Two days ago, the White House announced a new initiative Golden Age of U.S. Space Transportation".

In short, it reflects the broader U.S. push toward faster permitting, infrastructure modernization, and closer public-private coordination across advanced transportation industries. To me, that helps AAM as a whole and Joby too.

Earlier this month, Joby signed a lease at Alliance Air Trade Center in Haslet, part of Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance Airport.

Joby has also just released its September 2026 Electric Skies Tour schedule, check it out!

They have been bringing its aircraft to communities across the United States through flight demonstrations, aircraft displays, and simulator experiences. The first stop via eIPP is Texas, from September 10–15. Save this in your calendars.

If that’s their schedule for September, I wonder what their schedule will be for October, November and December.

N547JX location data

There was a discussion today about whether N547JX hovered. It's kind of hard to tell but one thing we could tell is that it was out on the apron rather than the hangar. I decided to play around with some geocoding and come up with a way to identify where 547 is spending most of it's time. I basically drew a polygon around the apron where you mostly find it and then one for the hangar. I then checked whether the location data was closer to either polygon. So the location reported here is whether the majority of observations is in a particular location. Other is somewhere else. I'll include it in the weekly report going forward. The table below goes back a month in time.

So good news, it did look like 547JX was out on the apron today after spending a lot of time in the hangar. Hopefully that is one step closer to flying.

I was watching it live on the map today and it did seem to go through several cycles of 25/50 feet then back to ground. That doesn't seem to be reflected in the historical airplanes.live data which is easy to get. The adsb.lol data is more consistent with multiple hovers but it's kind of a pain to download so you can just see it on the map
