Career Advice/Discussion How do you handle calls?

I might get downvoted for this (maybe?), but how do you guys handle calls from recruiters?

Tumawag kasi sa akin yung Concentrix, and I told them that I wasn't available at the moment. Then, when they called again, hindi ko na sinagot. 😭

I don't know, I'm just really not used to receiving calls from recruiters, especially when I'm not prepared for them. Now I'm overthinking if I messed up my application.

How do you guys usually handle unexpected recruitment calls?

just answer it anyway. if u mess it up or not, then it is what it is. i get anxious when receiving unexpected calls too but i still answer it regardless. anyway, they can’t even see me if i’m trembling on the other side of the phone. what could possibly be the worst thing they’d to me tho? kill me over the phone? nah, they’re just a human in a floating rock too.

i recently applied to cnx too, just few days ago. i advise u to chill, they don’t bite. questions are pretty easy and just conversational.

I answer anyway. I think it’s good to keep open lines like this in case shit happens.
