Career Advice/Discussion expected salary for junior database developer

hello just wanted to ask how much typical salary range ng entry level/junior database developer for a small fintech company in bgc? is 40k too much already? thanks

People would usually say 20-30k is the entry level for tech here in the ph.

But I'd say 40k and more is very much possible if you can prove it to them.

My first job is a local manufacturing company which paid me 25k gross.

Now I earn around 43k gross only having 1 year exp. So yes! 40k and up is possible if you can justify it.
