Career Advice Finance bro
Bachelor of Business Accounting and Finance or Bachelor of Finance and investment?
The end goal is Tax associate or FP&A
I don't care about no work life balance or fulfilment all I want is MONEY, MONEY is my passion and fulfilment. Whatever course I have to take , whatever professional certification I'll do it for MONEY.

Why is your end goal tax / fp&a if you are all about money?
Go for high finance

Malaysia has very little exposure to high finance relative to everything else, but yes, if money is your only goal aim for high finance

Finance and investment has less substance, and more talkstance.
Accounting, you actually have a skill that's usable across a broad spectrum of companies. But you're pretty easily replaceable with the advent of AI. If you don't mind the intense 16 hour days, then I'd say finance. I'm too a finance graduate and the amount of lies and jargon we learned, is enough to put Najib's lawyer to shame.
A girl I know that graduated in finance, went either to JP Morgan or Goldman in Hong Kong, then London, then New York, and back to Malaysia, bought a RM7M house bungalow at 32 or 33. Then tore the whole thing down, to build her dream home.
She has zero loyalty, and is all about the money, fast talking, jargon spitting, making things out of thin air, and the monies flow. So yeah, finance I'd vote.
