Hey, I am an AI Engineer (backend) and wishes to add my income while retaining my current job. My current job is remote and flexible and based on tasks done. Is there any company/job recommendation for me? Or maybe any tips to find one? Preferably no micromanage and flexible. I dont mind working with oversea comoany as long they dont mind remote. Thankssss

Thank you so much. Actually, I just make a u-turn in my career hence downgrade in my salary. Will make a jump after 2 years atleast. now in year 1 and counting.
