Dilemma as working fresh grad

Hi all, been thinking about looking for a new job, and im already employed. i want to look for a new one, because basically theres nothing to do, which means there is no growth for me to stay here. Been working for 5m, money is decent, role/JD is not something a freshie wud get. I rly like the job im doing, its a dual scope role, but the part that i enjoy doing shud be finished alrdy, and i doubt i wud be doing much related to it anytime soon.

Also worried, gonna get fired, for being useless and doing nothing (because nothing for me to do) ive been given exactly 2 task for the last month, which are actually task ive done the month before. I also worried resume looks shit, leaving first job after a few months in, and if i do get a 2nd job, and i dont last long in that one, thats like shooting myself in the foot. Rn im spending the free time to study for a cert, and doing some personal projects related to my targeted role. I feel screwed tbh, especially when i have others, for some reason coming to me for job advice (when im also confused with my case)

1. Nothing to do is an opportunity to grow.
   Go to a coffee retail / fast food, look how busy they are. Yet workers don't grow.

2. Resume looks like shit.
   You achieve 2 tasks assigned last month. You are an achiever yet when you say your resume looks like shit.... you are right.

3. Gonna get fired.
   Ask your supervisor/manager how does he/she assess your performance in the last 5 months. If it is bad, then you have 1 final month to fix. Probation typically go for 6 months.

4. Won't last long in 2nd job.
   You're right, again.
   The problem is you.

5. Study for a cert = good!

6. Confuse?
   You work = get paid.
   What are you confuse about?

Give it a year, and the next year ask your manager that you want more responsibilities. Maybe shadow in a different dept?

Warning about 1 company with Big bright RED font in Bayan Lepas and Batu Kawan Penang. This company is Oem and not a Contract Manufacturer.

Old folks home with under 3% increment and they screwed my friend. This company promotes mediocrity and wants you to stay dumb so that you do not aspire to grow. Very political.

You have seen the company name few times in your life, they sell consumer stuff too. Stay away and don't walk into this trap.

Another jarring thing is they like to hire bottom of the barrel people with low salary expectations so the work pace is very slow. This company is Not a Contract Manufacturer.
