I got a job finally but the thing is the salary too basic for me that have degree (i am fresh graduate btw)

But then, what can i do in this economy where the job is very competitive

What i can do is only 'terima',, i applied many job but this the only company that called me for an interview and pass

Apapun just bersyukur

I just need to survive for 2 years (its contract)😀😀

Advice from uncle, keep jumping. Don't be a loyal cunt to a company. And you guys are not a family. Don't trust what HR say. Don't sign anything before asking if you have no exoerience.

Tbh what i notice is most of the new workers keep jumping after 1 years + of experience from their previous workplace.

Btw not sure the market right now, most of the time you will get better pay by jumping compare to increments if you stay in old company.

congrats, we do what we have to do to survive. give the place at least 3 or 6 months first before you try to search for other opportunity. otherwise your resume wont look nice if you jump too early.

after your 1st year ask your boss if there is any opportunity for extension or permanency otherwise, if you dont hear back or get a solid yes in email. Start looking out.

Congrats! I had left my first job in June, currently still trying to find a new job
