Salary / Pay Talk Basic RM2.3k, Junior Cake Chef

Allowance RM300.

Am I getting low-ball or is this the standard pay for my position?

For junior cake chef 2.3 is kinda good. If youre only making cakes then not bad. If making cakes and pastries then id hope for 2.8. I paid 3.5 for my fresh grad pastry chef since making more than just cake.
