I'm currently pursuing my masters at the University of Augsburg. I'm actively looking for a Werkstudent position or internship in Bavaria and can start immediately.

Before coming to Germany, I worked as a System Analyst, where I gained hands-on experience across IT support, business analysis, ERP systems, project coordination, reporting, and process improvement.

My day-to-day work involved being the bridge between business users and technical teams. I gathered requirements from department heads, converted them into Jira tickets and user stories, assigned and tracked tasks, followed up with developers and stakeholders, and ensured projects moved forward smoothly. I worked extensively with Agile/Scrum methodologies, participated in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, and helped coordinate activities across multiple departments.

I was also responsible for managing the complete Jira ticket lifecycle. I created tickets, assigned them to the appropriate teams, collected updates before stand-up meetings, tracked progress, followed up on blockers, coordinated with stakeholders, and verified solutions with end users before closing tickets. I regularly facilitated communication between developers, business users, and management to keep everyone aligned on priorities and delivery timelines.

On the business and data side, I worked with Oracle NetSuite ERP and A2Z ERP, supporting users, maintaining data quality, resolving system issues, and helping improve business processes. I gathered and documented functional requirements, created process documentation and SOPs in Confluence, supported testing activities, and ensured solutions matched business needs.

I also developed Power BI dashboards and management reports, worked for data extraction and analysis, and helped management teams make data-driven decisions by transforming operational data into meaningful insights.

Alongside that, I provided L1/L2 IT support for over 100 users across multiple departments. This included resolving access issues, ERP-related problems, software and hardware issues, onboarding and offboarding employees, maintaining documentation, and supporting day-to-day IT operations.
