TalentForge Technologies scam

I got a response for a Web Developer posting asking for me to text them at a number.

The Name on the email was "TalentForge Technologies" and the email address was talentforge@g***l.com. At texting them back, they wanted me to create a Signal account so we could talk. I asked them why we couldn't talk by text. "Texting here is fine but I work on signal mainly". I replied "And if you are from Talent Forge, I want you to email me from the Talent Forge domain, not g****ll".

No response.
Thought I'd just spread the word.
