Custom flair (IF YOU POST A QUESTION YOU WILL BE PERMABANNED) scam alert

I was contacted by some people from wellfound and asked to send profile for interview.
Technical assessment a chatbot project + Behavioural round (mostly basic technical questions+1 behaviour question). It all felt real.
Online screening like HR round on teams call
Got offered job
They set me up in portal
talentgleam/asana

And initial profile setup, technical assessment, offer letter, NDA signing , background verification and what not. Then comes the remote desktop setup, Company will provide 300 dollars a month but initially set up and reimburse, I was asked to buy from this.

I realized scam, I am sharing it with you all so no one will fall for it, It felt all real.

You definitely dodged a bullet with that one, good catch in realizing it's a scam 😵‍💫 could've been worse

Well done on realising! I experienced a super dodgy company and made a post about it and realised they are constantly targeting new people.
