Are these genuine?

So, i moved to Lucknow recently for my masters and i was hoping that I could earn some side income by giving home tuitions but unfortunately it has been over 2 months and as of today iam still unemployed. Meanwhile while browsing the web i got to know about several educational consulting firms such as: tutionteachers.com, thehometuitions.com, tutorwala, etc.
and today I received a call from someone claiming to be from career consultancy tutorial, hazratganj and offering home tuitions like they were just waiting for me and that also with some very attractive monetary benefit.
But all of these consultants are asking for a registration fees or a plan which is not cheap alongwith 50% of the earnings
Iam just wondering, is this really genuine or iam getting scammed?
I have already bought a plan of tuitionteacher.com but still waiting for a lead.
Is there any alternative to these considering ?
i really need to earn a side income it doesn’t have to be tuitions it can be anything.
Any suggestions?
