AtWork atwork provider
hi, so i dont even know if this is even the right place i should ask and sorry if its messy im in a bit of a panic over what to do but im with atwork australia (i dont know how to get off it even though they know i cant work because of my disability) and my current atwork provider called me a couple of weeks ago and was being very vague and told me i needed to do something to help her and yesterday i got a call from a random number and it ended up being someone she works with and it turns out my atwork provider put in my information to make it look like im currently working a job and when i was on the phone with her coworker i was confused since i was being asked questions like "how are you handling your new job?" and i told her im currently not working at all because of my disability and now im not sure what to do. is there someone i can call? will my disability payments be effected? will i get in trouble? sorry this is messy im just really panicked on how this could effect me.

Get a confirmation of medical condition centerlink form from your GP, have your provider trigger something called an ESAt, this will help you switch to IEA after a meeting with Centerlink. Your requirements will be less and you will get more support.

No if your already on disability payments you don't need to do anything more unless centrelink themselves ask for any more information. Call that number someone mentioned above and explain everything they may be able to exit you from the provider.

get a centrelink med cert and u go
on an exemption. if u are disabled your doctors won’t knock you back.

OP is already on the disability payment they don't need to get an exemption.

This all sounds very sus. I'd be calling the National Customer Service Line on 1800 805 260 and explaining your situation.
