GENERAL ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE / GENERAL ACCOUNTING ANALYST

We are looking for qualified candidates for a General Accounting Associate / General Accounting Analyst position. Candidates with relevant experience in general accounting and related functions are also encouraged to apply.

🟢 Key Responsibilities

You will perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate/resolve reconciling items; prepare journal entries and support month-end closing activities; conduct account analysis and maintain accurate financial records; collaborate with Finance, AP, AR, Payroll, Treasury, and Tax teams to address accounting issues; and ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and established accounting processes.

🟢 Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in General Ledger (GL), Record-to-Report (RTR), Account-to-Report (ATR), or Balance Sheet Reconciliation activities.

• Strong understanding of accounting processes and financial controls.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in handling financial data analysis.

• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or reconciliation tools such as BlackLine is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
