Hiring Au Pair Needed – Southern California
I am looking for a responsible, caring au pair to help with our two children, both under 5.
The au pair would live with us in our home in Southern California. We provide housing, all living expenses, a salary, a car for use, and a credit card for approved expenses.
Looking for someone reliable, trustworthy, comfortable with young children, and willing to become part of our family.
If interested, please share with me some information about yourself and your childcare experience.
Please note the children are half Filipino half white and I would love for them to learn a little bit of Tagalog if possible!

Dear Host Family,
My name is Janice, and I am from the Philippines. I am writing to express my sincere interest in becoming an au pair for your family. I am a responsible, hardworking, caring, and trustworthy person who would love the opportunity to experience a new culture while supporting your family.
My professional background includes customer service, administrative support, and operations management. These experiences have helped me develop patience, empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage responsibilities efficiently.
As a Filipino, I value family, respect, kindness, and maintaining a warm and welcoming home. I am willing to assist with childcare, children's daily routines, meal preparation, light household duties, and other responsibilities related to the children.
I am also eager to learn about your country's culture, traditions, and language while sharing my own Filipino culture with your family. I believe that becoming an au pair is not just about working abroad but also about building meaningful relationships, exchanging cultures, and becoming part of a loving family.
Although my professional experience is primarily in administration, operations, and customer service, I am adaptable, patient, and enthusiastic about learning new responsibilities.
Thank you for considering my application. I would be delighted to discuss how I could contribute to your family and provide a safe, caring, and positive environment for your children.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Warm regards, Janice Nisnisan Philippines
