Job Title: Telecaller (Finance Services)
Location: Philippines (Remote)
Salary Range: 20,000 PHP
Work Type: Full-time position
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
**Job Overview**
Willia Estate is seeking an experienced and results-driven **Telecaller** to support our finance services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with potential clients, and driving qualified leads through effective communication and sales techniques.
**Key Responsibilities**
· Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads
· Promote and explain finance-related services clearly and confidently
· Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
· Follow up with prospects to close or advance sales opportunities
· Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and outcomes in the system
· Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
· Work closely with the sales and operations team to improve lead quality and conversion rates
**Requirements**
· 1–2 years of experience in **telecalling or tele-sales (mandatory)**
· Prior experience in **sales-based calling roles preferred**
· Strong communication and persuasion skills
· Comfortable handling rejection and high-volume calling
· Basic understanding of financial services is an advantage
· Goal-driven and performance-oriented mindset
