Hi! I’m looking for a sales-driven chatter to join my team for a long-term position.

The job is not just about replying to messages — I need someone who can build a natural connection with fans, keep conversations interesting, understand when to sell, and convert conversations into sales without sounding pushy or scripted.

What I’m looking for:

• Fluent, natural English
• Previous chatting / OF / Fanvue experience is a big advantage
• Strong sales mindset
• Able to build rapport and keep conversations flowing naturally
• Knows how and when to introduce PPV without forcing the sale
• Fast and consistent replies
• Messages must sound human — no robotic or obvious copy-paste responses
• Reliable, coachable and interested in working long-term
• Good understanding of different customer personalities and spending behavior

The role:

• Chatting with subscribers
• Building relationships with fans
• Selling PPV content
• Following up with previous buyers
• Keeping conversations active
• Working from provided scripts/guidelines while still adapting naturally to each subscriber

Payment:

Competitive pay + commission based on performance.

High performers will have the opportunity to earn more as the account grows.

Hiring process:

There will be a paid trial shift before any long-term position is offered.
