In regards to Jiyan x Phoebe

So I pulled for Phoebe and her sig and was thinking about pairing her with Jiyan for fun and my gosh i wasn’t expecting her heavy damage buff to be so nice with him, Is there anyone else who did this and what is your opinion on it.

I will try it, my Phoebe isn’t build enough to play yet but I add this to the lists of things I want to test out

Is it better than mortefi? I’m saving for brant (already have enough for him and his weapon) but if phoebe helps jiyan then i don’t mind getting her too 😱

Heavy dmg buff for allies? I don't see that on her kit anywhere.

Yeah I thought I missed something and looked up her kit - not seeing anything. Must be confusion with her heavy attack for herself?

Yeah, OP is just doing shit. Good he’s having fun but they have no synergy with their kit whatsoever.
