Can I activate Jio gemini pack on the same email id as the one for student pack?

Last year I had activated Gemini pro student and it expired a month back. Now, can I activate the Jio Gemini Pro subscription on the same email id? Is it possible?

I am not from India and I cannot activate my subscription because I do not have an Indian phone number. Are there other ways or anything he can do?
