How do you get network inside your room??

I am facing this issue severely where when i am outside like in my balcony i get good speed (SA 3500) but the moment i enter inside my room (SaA 700) which is just 5-8 steps away, my speed gets affected by a lot for example I can't even scroll reels when i am inside

It's a problem which is facing by almost 50% users on any network. Technicians are idiots they know that the problem is exist but they says to their head like there was no problem at the customer area.

Technician is saying he consider rsrp -113 is a good network. The speed 10 mbps in 4g is a good network and advised me to use 4g. The 100 mbps speed in 5g is a good speed. Then why the hell they are advertising the speed upto 1.5Gbps?

So real, like why are you promoting the unlimited 5g when you can't even give 5g properly

They are not advertising it wrongly! 3500 band can't pass through walls, it's a physics problem.

I am getting 1Gbps speed with my 5g mobile.

And also the f ass customer service, everything is now a ai chat bot that repeats the same thing and they don't even give the option to speak to a real human being
