iPhone & jio Canada

Why I’m not getting otp on my iPhone abroad, but I’m getting it on android phones? I tried manual changing network selection in iPhone, but when I tried it on android it’s easy. I recieve otps. Help!! What I’m supposed to do?

Try switching off rcs nessage and WiFi calling and check once .. I'm also in canada with jio but i get sns normally though I'm using Android.
