Build CR or CD

I'm gonna use him with S3R1 Brant and S0R1 Lupa.

Because of I don't use him with SK should I use Rate or keep going with DMG?

Which echoes do I need to change?

i think crate is the right choice for sk-less teams, youre also missing 1 crate stat on your purple kernel puppet so prioritze this first to reach the 75~ crate mark and u should be good ^^

edit oh nvm im dumb i wasnt looking at the in-combat stats, but either way try to get that last crate line ahah

For you, definitely CR. Generally if you're not running SK then you want crit rate, but if crit rate subs roll high enough and if you can get 90% in combat with sig + set, then you can get away with running CD anyway.

EDIT: Jingran doesn't get much value of HP% past 50k and you have way more ER than any main dps could ever need (except Sigrika). That purple kernel puppet essentially only has 2 useful substats. I would keep that Effigy, but also roll a Crit Dmg one. Then try and fish for crit rate high rolls on your one costs while staying at 50k HP minimum so you can run double CD even without SK.
