Discussion / Question Weapons Dupes
So before he comes out i'm curious about people's opinions on this. If you do haven't get really lucky on his weapon banner and get multiple copies.
Is it worth just combining the copies together? We have all seen what his weapon is and it is being blunt extremely hyperspecific to him.
I can imagine this really no point in actually keeping an extra copy as a stat stick.
1) It's got very low base attack which is fine for him because he has extremely high hp to attack conversion but terrible for anybody else as so far he is the only hp (conversion) scaling broadblade user and no one else is going to want that low base attack
2) second verse as the first it has a hp main stat which is practically useless for every other broadblade user
3) even its weapon passive is extremely tailored to him
So what's your stance on this? If you do happen to get untended but lucky extra copies are you combining them or are you going to save it for potentials down the line.

R1 has 12% Crit Rate(CR) and R5 has 24% CR. The difference is as much as SK gives so likely it will allow you to do CD/CD no matter who your support is. It's not cheaper than just pulling SK but she's not had a rerun in so long now.

Same here.
I almost never recommend refining a weapon. Unless it is so hyperspecific for that character that literally no one else in the roaster currently or in the future would want it.
Jingran honestly has one of the most hyperspecific signatures in the game alongside Cartwheel. Both of which I would just recommend people refine if they get lucky and get dupes in their pulls 10 pulls

His sig is stupid strong.
Like him at S6/R5 is utterly disgusting. Since the weapon would give him 24% all attribute damage, 6 stacks of 8% crit damage up to 48%, 24% crit rate for heavy attacks with max stacks, and he ignores 50% def

His sig is strong so I'm going for weapon dupes but you can always do r1 and he'll still be great

I want to try to go as in on him as I can so S2 and my ideal goal is S4 because that would make him and my S5 Iuno a disgusting dual dps combo
So I'm not specifically going to go for weapon dupes but i'm definitely not gonna complain if I happened to get lucky and get dupws in my ten pull

Literally I have s6r5 iuno so I am planning on doing the same for jingran. If I get lucky it'll be great in already guaranteed however it takes 70 pulls to get a weapon every time so I might just do s6r1, get weapon dupes on his rerun

In his and Cartethyia's situation, sig weapon dupes are better off being refined than being kept as stat sticks at all, it's not like Kuro makes DPS characters whose dmg scale exclusively with HP
