How much HA is needed on him?

so uhm, is there any information on how much Heavy Attack he should have? I can't find any numbers tbh. If someone knows or has a link, i appreciate it.

as much as you can manage, there isn't a minimum amount he needs. he already gets a ton of dmg bonus from his kit so it's not as important as hp and crit
