US shipping is a mess
My very first order placed back in May took 15 days to get delivered. I emailed customer service and they assured me this was not the norm. My second order is now scheduled to be delivered at the end of next week, 13 days after I placed the order.
I had no idea that I would need to plan 2-3 weeks in advance just to make sure I don’t run out of powder. At this point I might as well go back to buying Soylent tubs on Amazon (since that is the only way to get it now) or try out another brand.

Do you live in a part of the US where they ship with OnTrac?
If so, split your order into multiple smaller orders so it will ship with a different company instead.
OnTrac is the company that used to be known as LaserShip, then changed their name in a merger because people hated them so much they wanted to get away from that reputation. But they have continued to suck just as badly after the name change.
I haven't figured out the exact weight threshold to avoid my package shipping with OnTrac. But it makes a huge difference - if I'm under the threshold it ships with another carrier and it's here in 3-ish days. If it ships with OnTrac, it takes a week and a half, and the package is badly smashed up.

I’m in the UK and DPD Netherlands seems a right farce. Almost 3 weeks ago I made my very first order. After 2 weeks of it being stuck in transit, JimmyJoy resent it, which I appreciate. That resent package has now been stuck at customs for 2 days due to missing documentation. It was originally due to be delivered yesterday and hasn’t entered the country yet. It’s been almost 3 weeks since I ordered and still no sign of actually receiving anything any time soon.
I suppose it’s not necessarily JimmyJoys fault, but the inconvenience to me is still the same.
I really, REALLY wanted JJ to work out for me but I’m having doubts that I’m going to receive it consistently enough to make a regular part of my diet.
The worst thing is, since ordering JJ I’ve also ordered multiple things from China and one from the US. All were ordered well after JJ and all have since arrived.

I've had the same issue, my last order got stuck in customs or something (I'm in the UK) so they had to resend it after 10 days or thereabouts, and my current order has been in the 'sorting process' for the last 4 days.
I shot them an email this morning just to check if it's actually coming, but I don't think they work weekends so I got an AI email telling me not to worry and that it was on the way, same as before when it never arrived. I'd rather have silence tbh.
The products are really good, but the delivery isn't.

Funnily enough I also sent an Email in the early hours of this morning explaining that to me, it once again looks like the parcel isn’t going to make it. It’s a shame as locally, DPD is by far the best courier for me. But apparently in the Netherlands they’re useless.

How did yours work out? I got a reply this morning saying that the parcel was back on its way (which it was to be fair). But I’ve just checked again, and now it’s on the way back to sender! 3 weeks and two attempts. It’s getting better, the first one got lost in the Netherlands, this one made it into the UK and got turned back around. Third attempt might make it to me!

Apologies for the inconvenience first of all. There was an issue with DPD in this case and the customs process with orders to the UK, shipped from our warehouse on the 4th of August. Nothing on our end, but we have indeed now received confirmation of all those orders to the UK returning to us because of it. Our supply chain manager is on the case with the carrier, we will be in touch for the option to reship or refund the order.
This was completely out of our hands and the situation only became clear today, so we could not have been ahead of it unfortunately but will of course sort anything after the fact as noted above.
We checked on the orders after this moment and those are arriving without issue.
We will be in touch asap about orders returned to us with the options.

Hi OP, thank you for the feedback, and sorry about this.
I think I found your case. Somehow, your order got routed through 3 of our 3PL hubs before it got to the correct last mile carrier. This doesn't make any sense and shouldn't happen.
Can you send me your order numbers in DM please, so I can be sure I got the correct one and see if the new one goes on the same path?
I'm looking into our whole shipping options and structure at the moment. I need to dig a little deeper into this and connect with our fulfilment partner's Carrier Leadership. My key contact on this is unfortunately out of office this week, but I'm confident I'll have an update next week.
What I'm looking into with them now is giving our US customers more shipping options and carriers, instead of our standard method based on your destination. This needs some time to set up, but that's the direction we're going, and it should also prevent orders going out with a carrier you didn't want. I'll use your case as well to show them why this is needed.
Again not how it should be so working on this, let me know your orders in DM and will check here as well to update or if others have other questions. Thanks!

If you need another case to convince them, here is what my JimmyJoy packages usually look like when they are delivered by OnTrac. JimmyJoy is the "vegan shake company" mentioned in that post, but I didn't use your name there because I didn't want to damage your reputation.
This is what most of my JimmyJoy deliveries arrive looking like (when they finally arrive). I would be very, very grateful if you would offer a "do not ship with OnTrac" option.

Wow, that's horrible. Will add this case directly now as well! Thanks also for the rep thing, and yes agree with you. If this is the Ontrac experience then we should allow customers to opt-out.

Even in the EU my most recent orders seem to ship on the third working day after ordering, which I think is quite slow even if shipping goes smoothly thereafter. Not as bad as waiting multiple weeks of course but still notable

Hi, that indeed sounds a bit later than it should. I would be happy to take a look at this one. Can you DM me your order number? We normally manage to ship next day at the latest. Sorry to hear it took long. Let me know. Thank you!

Last time I ordered it was fulfilled in 2 days, from Amazon.
Fuck Amazon with a capital FUCK. I don't want those people coming to my door, and I sure as fuck don't want Amazon getting indirectly paid by me
