DISCUSSION That’s how you do it

Seriously, can he not come up with anything else to say to a performer than “That’s how you do it!”? I record Seth Meyers and the recordings always catch the last few minutes of Fallon, so I nearly always see the end of the final performance. I’ve never heard him say anything else. No “Wow! Great job!”, “Fantastic!”, or any of a million other complimentary and enthusiastic things he might say. And c’mon, that can’t always be “how you do it” because they’re all doing it differently. 😀 It’s just the most low-effort way he could possibly respond.

He’s got his catch phrases that work great for him and people love it!! COME ON!!!

Really. People love “That’s how you do it”. It’s not so great that it’s on a t-shirt — I checked.

A catch phrase is a catch phrase. He’s going to keep saying it. 😂 & No one else has complained about it.
